Meet The Team

Dan Anderson

I’m Dan Anderson from Pietermaritzburg South Africa. I studied an accountancy degree at Stellenbosch University and am now doing my training articles in London, England. Seeing what an impact the US college opportunity had on Denin as well as other friends has made me want to see more people get to experience that opportunity and soccer creates the perfect avenue to do that through. Apparently the college experience is just like it is in the movies!

Denin Spriggs

I’m Denin Spriggs from the small town of Matatiele in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. I went to St Charles College in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, where I played my first ever refereed soccer game. I started my soccer career when I first signed for Matatiele Hotspurs in Matatiele, South Africa. Chasing my dreams I left to England to join an independent academy. From there on I spent time in France at Ligue 1 Academies and eventually landed up in Eastern Europe in Latvia playing in the second division. Having no degree, I thought it would be best for my future to pursue soccer and study at the same time, and accepting a soccer scholarship in the United States has been the best decision yet. Living in America you realize how fast soccer is growing and I have signed for a semi-professional team in Oklahoma. Soccer in America is something I want to make a possibility for as many driven and dedicated soccer players as possible.
